Colleen Cheng Bajohr had an unrelenting passion for proving that women could not only do everything that men could do, but that women could do it better. She not only accomplished this time and time again herself, but she helped inspire, encourage, and mentor many other women along the way.

Our goal is to keep that spirit alive by creating a platform that provides young women and girls all of the necessary resources for female success in STEM, from the classroom all the way to the boardroom.
